What every booking includes.

Why we still quote, when the rate is right there.

The per-worker rate is fixed and published. A quote just accounts for the things that genuinely vary between sites:

Location. Travel within Sydney metro is included in the rate. Sites further out may add travel and, for remote jobs, accommodation — quoted up front, never after.

Shift timing. Testing around night shift, split shifts, or early starts is fine; we build it into the plan so your line doesn't stop.

Site conditions. We need a quiet-enough space. If background noise is a problem we'll tell you before booking, not on the day.

Testing and your Clause 58 obligations.

Under NSW WHS Regulation Clause 58, employers provide audiometric testing for workers who are frequently exposed to hazardous noise or who rely on hearing protection to do their job. At $65–$75 per worker, staying on top of testing is a modest, predictable cost — and it keeps your team protected and your obligations covered. Not sure whether Clause 58 applies to your workplace? How much does workplace hearing testing cost?
On-site audiometric testing runs $65–$75 per worker (ex GST) depending on team size, including reports and travel within Sydney metro. Teams of 50+ get a custom rate.
Is travel included?
Yes, within Sydney metro. Sites outside the metro area may incur additional travel and accommodation, always quoted before you book.
Is there a minimum booking?
On-site testing has a minimum of 5 workers. Got a smaller team? Workers can come to our Norwest location instead — ask us about the offsite option.
Do you charge extra for retests or flagged workers?
Follow-up testing for workers flagged with a threshold shift, and any retests, are quoted separately from the standard per-worker rate — so you only pay for what a given worker actually needs.
Do the rates change for our Norwest offsite option?
No — the same per-worker rate applies whether we test on-site or your workers come to our Norwest location.
What's included in the price?
The test, individual worker reports, an employer summary (final reports within 5 business days), threshold-shift flagging, and a per-worker monitoring schedule.
