On-site audiometric testing for warehouses, distribution centres and fulfilment operations across NSW — done around your operating hours, so picking and dispatch keep moving.
Modern warehouses run loud. Forklifts and reach trucks, reversing alarms, conveyor and sortation systems, roller doors, strapping machines and cold-storage compressors all add up — and in high-throughput fulfilment centres the noise rarely stops. Where that exposure is hazardous or workers wear hearing protection, WHS Regulation Clause 58 requires audiometric testing: a baseline within 3 months of starting, then monitoring every 2 years.
We bring calibrated audiometric testing to your warehouse or distribution centre, so your workers don't lose half a day travelling to a clinic. Each test takes about 15 minutes, and we plan around your program and shift starts to keep disruption to a minimum.
One requirement: we need a quiet-enough space on site (a site office or crib room usually works). We check background noise before testing begins, and if it's a problem we'll tell you before booking — not on the day. On-site testing has a 5-worker minimum; smaller crews can come to our Norwest location.
See published per-worker pricing (from $65/worker, travel within Sydney metro included).
Once hazardous noise is present, WHS Regulation Clause 58 requires a baseline hearing test for each worker within 3 months of starting in the role, then monitoring tests every 2 years. The obligation sits with the business, not the worker. Our plain-English guide to Clause 58 explains exactly who's covered and what's required.
Tell us your team size, site location, and shift pattern — you'll get a firm per-worker number back, usually the same day.
